Phase 1 - Gather
Gather Bills and Contracts for Review. We review and organize all of your bills and contracts in order to give you a clear understanding of the services you are using today, what you are paying, and what terms you are committed to as well determine any billing errors.
Phase 2 - Evaluate
Evaluate Cost Analysis and Network Layout Summary. Once we have an understanding of all services being used, we provide a comprehensive cost analysis and network layout summary to review with you and ensure all aspects of your network have been captured. We benchmark your costs to what’s available in the market.
Phase 3 - Consult & Recommend
Consult & Recommend (Business Needs Review and Consultation). We discuss with you, your business objectives to get a good understanding of your short and long term goals. This allows us to determine if there are any gaps in where you are vs. where you want to be. We will ensure your telecom features, functions and contracts will line up with your business needs and objectives.
